If you do not provide us with this personal information we may not be able to, amongst other things, provide the requested products or services to you, either to the same

• our related bodies corporate, our franchisor and its related bodies corporate;

• as required by law (including where the law requires disclosure to trusted third-party identity verification and AML screening providers, and government agencies, regulators and law enforcement bodies).
HOW CAN YOU CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR COMPLAIN ABOUT A BREACH OF PRIVACY?
In addition to our Privacy Policy explaining how we store and use your personal information, it also explains how you may access and correct your personal information, how you can lodge a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information and how we will handle any complaint.
DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?
We may disclose personal information to our franchisor’s related bodies corporate, our related bodies corporate and third party suppliers and service providers located overseas. In the event that a disclosure is made in an overseas country the information may not be protected by the Australian Privacy Principles. In any event, while you continue to use our services, you consent to your information being disclosed in this manner.
