Community Involvement

Ray White Burwood takes great pride in supporting the local community. We believe in giving back to the area in which we live, work and play by contributing to the events that shape the City of Whitehorse and make the area an enjoyable place to live. We sponsor several local clubs and charities of all shapes and sizes including:

RSPCA Victoria

RSPCA Victoria is a non-government charity that relies heavily on the support of the community to fund over 90% of their vital animal welfare work. We look forward to a long-term partnership with RSPCA through corporate donations which will assist in their vital work to enrich the lives of all creatures great and small. Emmaus St. Leo’s Football Club Burwood

Based at Bennettswood Reserve Burwood, Emmaus St. Leo’s Football Club has a strong community focus, are committed to sustained success and make fundraising efforts including $30,000 for breast cancer research and job opportunities for unemployed. We provide support in a range of ways including community boards and videos which we publicize on our office social media pages.

Deakin Cricket Club

We are a platinum supporter of Deakin Cricket Club, a community-based sporting club where anybody from the local community can join. This includes Deakin University students, but also non-University students can play at the club as well. Cricket season is held from the first weekend of October until beginning of March with approximately 50% of their games played at their home ground of Bennettswood Reserve (next to Deakin University Burwood Campus).
